The delivery times for a wedding dress vary depending on the designer, typically taking around 4-7 months. You should plan to purchase your dress at least 6 to 10 months in advance to allow enough time for alterations. For brides in a hurry, there is of course the option to buy certain dresses ‚off the rack‘ or order dresses with a rush fee for a shorter turnaround.
Limit yourself to no more than 2 or at most 3 companions who understand and respect your style, and most importantly: who can share in your joy! Our private suites are available to you, where you can celebrate this important moment together in a serene setting. We recommend not bringing small children to the appointment, so that you and your companions can fully focus on you.
Yes, alterations are always charged separately. Please note that not all dresses can be altered in-house.
Please note that we have two options:
- Couture bridal gowns: These are altered in our in-house atelier.
- Standard bridal gowns: These are not altered by us but are fitted and adjusted at external ateliers. When you purchase your dress, you will receive a list of qualified tailors‘ addresses.
Yes. All bridal consultations are by appointment only.
This allows us to dedicate our full attention to each bride and provide a truly personal experience. Most of our gowns are made to order and many can be customised. During your appointment, one of our experienced bridal stylists will guide you through our curated collection, explain the different designers and help you find the dress that perfectly reflects your personality and vision.
Appointments can easily be booked online.
Your bridal consultation will take place in one of our spacious, light-filled suites, offering plenty of privacy and lasts 2 hours.
Please arrive on time, as we are generally unable to accommodate early arrivals or extend appointments due to late arrivals.
Yes, depending on the designer.
Our couture collections offer various customisation options, allowing you to personalise selected gowns according to your wishes. Together, we can adapt certain design elements to create a gown that is uniquely yours. For other designers, selected modifications such as sleeves, necklines or other details may also be possible
Nothing but your excitement… We recommend light makeup and your hair styled in a way that makes you feel your best — so you’ll feel completely comfortable and beautiful in front of our mirrors. Try-on shoes and push-ups are, of course, available for you. It’s also helpful if you wear nude-colored underwear.
First of all: It’s not a fashion show. During a trunk show, designers send us their newest collection for the duration of a weekend. This means that fans of a brand can enjoy trying on and ordering a wide selection of their favorite designer’s dresses. Regular appointments are booked during a trunk show, but keep in mind that only dresses from the featured designer can be tried on during these events
Prices for civil wedding dresses start from CHF 1200.
Bridal gowns from CHF 2500.
Couture dresses from CHF 5000.
For bridal fitting appointments, we charge a consultation fee of CHF 100.
This fee will be refunded when you purchase your dress.

No registration is required.
At Zoro, every appointment is entirely personal. Our experienced bridal stylists combine in-depth knowledge of gown construction, fit and styling with an honest and relaxed approach. Rather than simply helping you choose a dress, we create a bridal look that reflects your personality and individual style.
Our carefully curated collection features internationally renowned designers, several of whom are exclusive to Zoro within Switzerland, meaning their gowns cannot be found in any other bridal boutique in the country.
